I can tell you that once I form a loyalty to something, it sticks. It takes a LOT to tear me away from something or someone with which I am having a good relationship.
You all know how good a webhost HostGator is. I’ve never had problems that weren’t immediately taken care of by those folks.
So for me to leave them? What would that take?
It takes exceptional customer service, far above and beyond the gator’s service. What’s more, it was exemplary personal attention that turned me. These guys at Hostgut have bent over backwards to help me with my new web hosting setup.
I recently moved a lot of websites to HostGut. Not only am I saving money ( and yes, that was a factor, too), but I discovered that some of them were really huge and a real pain to move. I don’t even have the first clue how to move, but I learned that I could trust these guys to get it done and get it done right…and it was done quickly, too!
Hostgut is my new web host and I am recommending them highly to everyone I talk to.

All I can say is WOW! TrendyHost has been there. I recently needed them for help on updating my forum files they were there to assist and actually asked to do it for me. Now that is great support. When a company offers to do it on your behalf. Not many do that. They all send you links to knowledge base information or tutorials. I have never gotten that with Trendy. I am amazed and know they are here to stay as well as be the top supporter of any web hosting company. I give them A+++++
