I have been with gigapros, inc. for over 6 months and i have never had a problem.
These guys will open ports and enable features they’ll even transfer sites for free.
They have amazing support, either by phone (very fast,–no more than 3 minutes wait time). Their support personnel are knowledgeable and very quick to resolve any issues.
Generally 100% uptime, good pricing and professional service.

Amazed about the capabilities of Gigapros service, not only the support is incredible to the point of actually tweaking your website (Drupal based) and upgrading stuff but the answers have been spot on.
I bought their reseller hosting account and must say that their pricing is reasonable. Plus you can host more than one site on the same account. I have currently two additional small websites hosted along with my main website.
I am thinking to get another reseller account with them.
Their support are very quick, and actually know what their doing – 1 ticket and within 5 minutes the issue is resolved.

I am Pleased to deal with gigapros web host. the load speed is great and the uptime is also good and if its not they have a 99.9% uptime gaurentee.
They do have 24/7 live chat, a 24/7 toll free number, a user forum, and other things.
These guys seem to really know what they’re doing.

Some of my sites are Drupal, so database speed is important. Running a Drupal site with previous host was really, really slow. So, I changed to one of the cheaper plans with Gigapros, inc. and have never had a problem since. It’s good cheap hosting. The supports good and they always seem prepared to go out of their way to get things done.
They provide Daily backups – great plus for them.
Speed connection is pretty fast – I like it very much.

I can give Gigapros 5 out of 5 for service/helpdesk, without a doubt. No matter what time of the day (and night), their customer support is always ready to help. They are always willing to take that extra step.
The add-on scripts have worked almost flawlessly, and I have been able to fix minor glitches with no problems.
Their Network uptime is great as they say. My web sites are always up.

I use Gigapros VPS service for hosting a set of personal websites.
Excellent pricing for a lot of room and features, very fast server, Great and known Cpanel with a load of features plus Free web site builder.
Their technical support is outstanding – support tickets tend to get a response within minutes, which usually resolves the problem.
In conclusion, I’d like to suggest this decent host to any business site or new personal with no idea about how to build a web site personal blog/forum and who is looking for a new provider or even looking to move from the current host that got on the nerves.
I usually don’t recommend but you should 100% go with Gigapros!

Decided to share my experience using gigapros hosting services. I have a small personal website, and it hasn’t been down a minute since I signed up with them.
Gigapros is by far the best. I have been with them for more then 8 months now (have shared and reseller accounts) and I can not recall when was the last time I had to write a ticket. Their support was very quick and solved all the troubles.
Worth my money and I will continue doing business with them.

Gigapros is good at what it does, it’s not overpriced claptrap, unlike many web hosts available in the market and bog standard shared hosts.
The only issue I have is with the hardware replacements, but I rather think it’s more they do what most hosts don’t and actually tell you when things are going wrong.
The site has always powered my social networking site with ease, no matter how much burst in traffic i get, it still runs very fast.
All in all, gigapros is unique, fun, responsible and interacts with the customer.
